200g zucchini
60g green pesto
15g of bread nuts
100g cherry tomatoes
Spices: Free, at Will
Cut your zucchini into tagliatelle using a peeler, then steam it (or in the microwave) for about 4-5 minutes.
In a hot non-stick pan, throw in the pine nuts and tomatoes and brown them for a few moments.
Add the zucchini tagliatelle, the pesto sauce and mix everything well.
