150g potato gnocchi
200g zucchini
100g tomato
5 g olive oil
15g parmesan
Spices: parsley, pepper at will
Cut your zucchini into slices and your tomatoes into cubes.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and cook your vegetables for a few minutes over high heat.
Cook your gnocchi in a pot of boiling water (following the instructions on the package).
Once the gnocchis are cooked, add them to the vegetable pan; mix everything, spice up your dish and enjoy sprinkling your parmesan on top.
