50g mascarpone
5g butter
4 g xylitol

Preheat your oven to 200°.
In a salad bowl, mix the melted butter, egg, mascarpone, mascarpone, xylitol and vanilla flavor; then add the currants.
Pour your mixture into a silicone mold and bake for about ten minutes.
