100g fresh protein bread (Here: you, Migros)
1 egg
50ml almond milk without added sugars
15g honey
100g strawberries
Spices: cinnamon (at will)
In a bowl, combine the egg with the milk, cinnamon and honey.
Heat a frying pan.
Dip the bread slices into the mixture and place them in the pan. • Cook the slices over low heat on each side.
