GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME.
Taking fat does not happen in a single day, in a single meal; it is in the majority of cases something gradual???? , which takes time. It is therefore quite normal for the opposite process, of losing fat, to be the same. You will not lose the fat accumulated over the last few years in a few days, in a few weeks. I know it's hard to hear, but it's the truth???? Faced with this, many people start restrictive and low-calorie diets... but at what price? ➡ slowdown in your metabolism, muscle wasting, frustration, the vicious cycle of the yo-yo effect, eating disorders, etc.???? All this is even more true if in the past, you did anything with your body???? ♀, if you have followed 70,000 restrictive diets, and you have therefore, among other things, slashed your metabolism. Above all, the first thing to do is to restart your metabolism, to provide enough fuel??????????????? to your body, to offer it regular physical activity????????? so that it can function optimally again and offer you, step by step, a significant loss of fat.???? Tree metaphor: Is your body like a tree???? When you plant a seed in the ground, the tree doesn't grow right away. You must first water it well, give it good fertilizer • enough, but not too much • a lot of things then happen underground (like inside your body), before you see a tree come out???? and if from one day to the next you say to yourself: “I'm tired of it, the tree is not growing, I stop “feeding” it”, there's no chance it won't grow.???? ♀ In conclusion: don't be in a hurry, give your body time ⏳; do things intelligently and thoughtfully (science first!) ; flee restrictive regimes and keep fishing????
