✅ If your goal is to lose weight and fat, the priority is TOTAL CALORIES! You need to be in a CALORIC DEFICIT (but it must still be reasonable, in order to allow your body to have enough fuel to function optimally and to avoid continuously down your metabolism and plunging into the infamous vicious circle of the yo-yo effect).
✅ Eating healthy is good????????????? But if you eat 10kg of avocado???? and oilseeds???? Per day, aren't you surprised not to see your waist getting smaller???? ♀
