150g apricot
10g slivered almonds
20g honey
10g ground almonds
Preheat your oven to 180°.
Pit your apricots and cut them in half.
Heat the honey with the almond powder and the flaked almonds for 1 minute while stirring with a spatula.
Garnish the apricots with the honey-almond mixture and bake for about ten minutes.
Enjoy hot or cold, as you like!
