250 g apple
1 egg
20g wheat flour
50g “high protein milk”
1/2 teaspoon yeast
A Few Drops of Calorie-Free Vanilla Flavor
In a bowl, beat the egg and add the milk, then the flour and the yeast.
Add the apple slices and mix everything as you go.
You may feel like you have too many apples and not enough pasta, but that's normal.
For everything into silicone muffin cups, tamping well
Bake everything for about thirty minutes at 175°.
