20g oatmeal
20g whey isolate (protein powder), vanilla
1 egg
40g egg white
40g lean whipping cream
50g banana
50g raspberries
Nothing could be easier: mix all the foods together in a salad bowl.
Pour the mixture from your salad bowl into muffin cups
Bake everything for about fifteen minutes at 180°, until the muffins are firm.
