30g oatmeal
15g “high protein milk”
5g xylitol
A spoonful of yeast
Cut your apple into small cubes.
In a salad bowl, crush the banana with a fork, then add the oatmeal (keep some for final decoration), the apple cubes, the egg, the milk, the milk, the xylitol and the yeast.
