40g fresh protein bread (Here: You, Migros)
150g mango
5g butter
5g shredded coconut

Procedure to follow


Cut your mango into thin slices.


Spread butter on your slice of bread.


Add the mango slices to your sandwich and sprinkle it with grated coconut.
