30g of grated coconut
1 square (=10g) of 70% dark chocolate
35g egg white
10g of honey
Preheat your oven to 210°
Mix egg white with honey and coconut with your fingertips.
Shape into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Place chocolate pieces in the center of each ball.
Bake everything for about 6 minutes. Be careful, coconut tends to burn quickly.
Let the balls cool and enjoy!
