50g vanilla protein (Here: Nu3)
15g almond flour
55g peanut butter (Here: Nu3)
60g of protein milk (Here: Emmi High Protein milk)
30g chocolate chips
30g caramel chips
30g unsalted peanuts
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Combine protein, flour, peanut butter, and protein milk to make the cookie dough base.
Form 6 cookies and incorporate chocolate chips, caramel chips and peanuts on each cookie.
Note: it is also possible to integrate the nuggets and peanuts before forming the cookies but they will be more difficult to shape.
Cook for 10 minutes at 180°C.
