50g oatmeal water
100ml of “High Protein Milk”
150g apple
5g butter
Spices: cinnamon (at will)
In a saucepan, combine oats, milk, and water. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring often. The oats should absorb liquid and thicken.
Take the pot off the heat and add the cinnamon.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and add your apples cut into small pieces. Cook your apples until they are tender.
Add apples to your porridge and enjoy!
