50g basmati rice
100g tomato
100g tomato coulis
80g tuna (natural)
80g crème fraîche (35% MG)
25g grated Gruyère
Spices: basil, herbs of Provence at will
Cook your rice in boiling water (or according to your favorite cooking).
In a skillet, blend the tuna and tomato sauce over low heat. Add the rice and small tomato cubes; mix everything together and then add the cream.
Add the grated Gruyère and mix everything well, before adding your spices and enjoying yourself.
