200g potato gnocchi
50g crème fraîche (35% MG)
20g parmesan
150g button mushrooms
A small clove of garlic
5g olive oil
Spices: parsley, pepper at will
Brown the minced garlic in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the mushrooms and spices and cook for a few minutes.
Pour the cream and parmesan over the mushrooms.
In the meantime, cook your gnocchi.
Mix your two preparations together and enjoy.
