30g white sugar
30g butter
30g flower flour (here: Migros bio)
1/2 egg (=25g)
1/2 squeezed lemon (zest and juice)
4 g baking powder
A pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 180°.
Mix the softened butter with the sugar.
Add the egg, then the lemon zest and juice to the mixture.
Finally, add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix everything well and divide it into 2 muffin tins.
Bake everything for about fifteen minutes.
