100g fresh protein bread (Here: You, Migros)
50g cooked ham (sliced)
20g grated Gruyère cheese
10g butter
Preheat your oven to 160°.
Stack a slice of bread spread with butter and sprinkle it with Gruyère; then a slice of ham; then the second slice of bread spread with butter; then again some Gruyère grated on top.
Bake your toasted sandwich for about 15 minutes.
