35ml coconut milk
150g mango (fresh or frozen)
120g banana
100ml squeezed orange juice (homemade)
10g black chia seeds
10g slivered almonds
5-6 frozen raspberries and a few pieces of preserved mango
Cut your mango and banana into small pieces and press your orange (you can keep a few pieces for decoration).
In a blender, blend the fruit with the coconut milk and the orange juice.
You can adjust the texture by adding water.
Pour your mixture into a bowl; decorate with almonds, chia seeds, slivered almonds and some fruits.
