Arrabbiata and tuna penne

ingredients

80g (raw) durum wheat semolina penne
120g crushed tomatoes (canned)
50g tuna (natural)
1 small red pepper
10g olive oil
A small clove of garlic
Spices: garlic, onion, pepper at will

Procedure to follow


Heat your olive oil in a pan; when the oil is hot, cook the garlic clove (cut into small pieces) and the red pepper (also cut into small pieces) for about 5 minutes at high heat.


Add the crushed tomato and continue to cook over high heat for about fifteen minutes.


At the same time, you can cook your pasta in boiling water.


2-3 minutes before the end of the 15 minutes, add the tuna.


Mix your pasta with the sauce and enjoy!
