Creamy chicken pasta

ingredients

60g (raw) durum wheat semolina penne
60g tomato coulis
120g minced chicken breast
20g crème fraîche (35% MG)
10g parmesan
3g butter
Spices: parsley, salt, pepper as desired

Procedure to follow


Cook your pasta in a pot of boiling water.


Melt the butter in a saute pan, then cook the minced chicken for 5 minutes.


Add the tomato coulis and let it reduce for a few minutes before adding the cream.


Add the cooked pasta to your sauce, as well as half of the parmesan and stir well.


Before serving, sprinkle the remaining half of Parmesan over your pasta.
