150g squash
150g potato
80g minced beef (here: 18% of MG)
40g smoked lardons (here: 13% MG)
30g onion
A small clove of garlic
10g butter
20g parmesan
Spices: parsley, nutmeg, salt, pepper at will
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Cook squash and potatoes until you can easily prick a knife into them; then purée the vegetables.
In a skillet, melt the butter and brown the garlic and onion.
Add the lardons, minced meat and spices and let everything cook well.
Place the meat mixture in a gratin dish; top with the squash/potato purée; then sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake it all for about twenty minutes.
