120g chicken breast
100g red bell pepper
70g mango
30g lean whipping cream
40g basmati rice
Spices: curry, cumin, cloves at will
Cook the chicken over low heat in a pan and add the bell peppers and mango.
Once everything is cooked, add the lean porridge and spices to the mixture.
