Scrambled eggs with salmon

Ingredients

2 eggs
50g smoked salmon
15g crème fraîche (35% MG)
5g butter
Spices: dill, chives, salt, pepper and some capers

Procedure to follow


In a salad bowl, beat your eggs into an omelet and season them.


Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.


Pour the omelette into the pan and stir constantly with a wooden spoon while it cooks.


Add the crème fraîche and salmon; mix well and enjoy.
