200ml coconut milk
50g mango
50g passion fruit
15g agave syrup
1/2 tsp agar-agar

In a small saucepan, bring the coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla aroma, and agar-agar to a boil. Whisk well for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a small ramekin and let it rest in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes.
