Mango, passion fruit and coconut panacotta

ingredients

200ml coconut milk
50g mango
50g passion fruit
15g agave syrup
1/2 tsp agar-agar
A few drops of calorie-free vanilla flavor

Procedure to follow


In a small saucepan, bring the coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla aroma, and agar-agar to a boil. Whisk well for 5 minutes.


Pour the mixture into a small ramekin and let it rest in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes.


Peel and cut your mango into small pieces. Add the small pieces of mango to the ramekins and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
